He came fully prepared to share his knowledge on the market, what was happening in the neighborhood and answer any questions we had and we had a lot. The purchase of a home was the largest investment we were going to undertake so we knew that we needed to align ourselves with the right real estate agent to ensure a successful transaction. This transaction would be slightly more complicated due to the fact that we were selling our home and looking for a new home concurrently.
We interviewed several candidates prior to meeting with Warren Nass. Upon our interview with Warren, we immediately signed a contract with him.
